Fixed term contract: 2-4 years

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to the High Performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice to the Performance Director and his team that leverages solutions, driving innovation and improving outcomes across all areas of the directorate. What you will be doing: 202w1d

  • Conducting data analysis and modelling across all Performance areas, for current and new projects.
  • Overseeing the formulation, delivery and analysis of the High Performance budget and financial performance, including the management of player and staff contracting models.
  • Create and manage analytical documents for player succession planning and financial forecasting.
