As Head of Performance, you’ll:
- Design an integrated performance pathway to drive excellence
- Coach, mentor, and a thriving team of pathway coaches
- Create a cohesive system in partnership with sportscotland
- and develop future Olympians, Paralympians and Commonwealth contenders
- Drive the culture, systems, and strategy that deliver long-term success
